At Turramurra Kindergarten, we believe that great educators make all the difference in a child’s early learning journey — and Natty is a wonderful example of that.

Originally from Thailand, Natty is currently working towards becoming a qualified Early Childhood Teacher while leading our Lorikeets Room, which supports children from infancy to three years old. Her journey in early childhood education began well before coming to Australia, with hands-on experience teaching and caring for children in Thailand.

In her introduction video, Natty shares her genuine passion for working with young children. For her, every day is an opportunity to connect, support, and guide children as they grow and discover the world around them. She finds joy in the simple but meaningful moments — a child learning something new, building confidence, or sharing a smile.

Beyond the classroom, Natty values the strong relationships she builds with families. She believes that open communication and trust are essential in creating a supportive environment for children to thrive. Working closely with parents also allows her to continue developing her own skills as an educator.

At Turramurra Kindergarten, Natty makes the most of the centre’s engaging learning environments, using creativity and play-based experiences to support each child’s development. Her caring nature and dedication help create a warm, nurturing space where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore.

For Natty, the most rewarding part of her role is watching children grow — seeing their progress, their curiosity, and their happiness each day. It’s this passion and commitment that make her such a valued member of our team.

We are proud to have Natty as part of the Turramurra Kindergarten community, helping shape positive early learning experiences for every child in her care.
