At Turramurra Kindergarten, every educator brings their own unique story — and Sarita’s journey is one filled with warmth, growth, and genuine joy.
Having recently joined our centre as a trainee educator, Sarita has quickly become a valued part of our team. In just a few short weeks, she has embraced the experience with enthusiasm and an open heart. What stood out to her most was the level of support and encouragement she received from the very beginning — from the management team to her fellow educators.
Sarita shares that she didn’t expect to feel so happy so quickly, but the welcoming environment and strong sense of teamwork made it easy for her to feel at home. For her, Turramurra Kindergarten is more than just a workplace — it’s a community.
Working closely with the children has been one of the most rewarding parts of her journey so far. She describes the children as lovely and full of joy, making each day meaningful and fun. Whether it’s engaging in learning activities like numbers and letters, or participating in creative and play-based experiences, Sarita finds great happiness in being part of their development.
She also appreciates the nurturing approach at our centre — from the care given to children’s wellbeing and nutrition, to the thoughtfully designed educational programs that support each child’s growth.
As a diverse and multicultural centre, Turramurra Kindergarten provides a rich and inclusive environment where both educators and children can thrive. Sarita especially enjoys the vibrant indoor and outdoor learning spaces, where children are encouraged to explore, play, and learn with confidence.
Just a few weeks into her role, Sarita already feels proud of how far she has come — and we are equally proud to have her as part of our team.
We look forward to supporting her continued growth as an educator and sharing many more joyful moments with the children in our care. 💛
